Job Description

Project Manager

  • Progressive Sydney-based law firm with flexible work options
  • Part-time role (3 days per week) for an initial 12-month contract
  • Immediate start preferred

About the role

Were looking for an engaging and experienced Project Manager to join our firm on a part-time basis (3 days per week) for an initial 12-month term. This role will provide dedicated support to ensure delivery of our transformation objectives for the year.

The Project Manager will coordinate and track delivery of key projects aligned with our firms transformation strategy. This includes initiatives across technology process improvement and operational change. The focus will be on maintaining momentum managing dependencies and ensuring accountability.

The role reports directly to the CIO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans timelines and reporting frameworks.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with agreed priorities.
  • Identify and manage risks issues and resourcing constraints.
  • Support internal stakeholders and vendor engagement across active initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to the Transformation Committee and Executive Team.
  • Assist with change management activities to support adoption and implementation.

About you

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience delivering transformation projects within professional services or similar environments.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal direction and deliver outcomes.
  • Familiarity with a range of project management tools and approaches.
  • Practical understanding of how to navigate competing priorities and drive progress.
