The Life Cycle Material Management (LCMM) Support role is to support the day-to-day activities of the Field Services Representatives field technicians customer representatives and internal L3Harris personnel to meet the demands of the operational fleet. This is done by liaising with various parts of a greater team: DND; CF188 Programs Team; Engineering; Supply Chain Management; Repair and Overhaul; Contracts; Integrated Logistics Support; Configuration and Data Management. Ensuring the fleet and its maintainers are supplied with sufficient serviceable spare parts and components reliable component repair and overhaul and up to date technical data and the tools needed. Goal is to minimize aircraft downtime and increase aircraft availability.
System health monitoring and risk management are essential practices within the team. DND processes such as Corrective Maintenance Program Change (CMPC) Alternate Part Approval Form (APAF) Aircraft Inspection Change Proposal (AICP) and Aircraft Modification Approval Form (AMAF) are utilized for providing technical solutions and improvements to the aircraft platform.
