Join Goodyear and take the lead in managing strategic partnerships with leading truck and trailer manufacturers. As Key Account Manager OE Truck based in Belgium youll be at the forefront of driving commercial success and delivering innovative mobility solutions to our OE customers.
About the Role
In this role you will:
- Serve as the primary contact for key OE Truck & Trailer customers
- Drive sales growth and ensure business profitability through strategic account management
- Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and understanding of their needs
- Identify new business opportunities and respond to RFPs in cooperation with internal teams
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (engineering supply chain marketing etc.)
- Support S&OP processes by providing accurate forecasting and planning data
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction in partnership with Customer Service
- Represent Goodyear at industry events and contribute to brand visibility
To Join Our Team You Need
- Successful experience in selling a technical B2B product in the automotive industry (58 years)
- Strong background in Key Account Management and planning within a multicultural and international environment
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Fluency in English French and Dutch (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Good knowledge of the tire industry and competitive landscape
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and collaborate across departments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. SAP AS400)
