Job Description
At OCU were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
This is an office based role in our Peterborough office.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll work closely with senior quantity surveyors and project teams to:
- Assist in cost estimation budgeting and financial reporting.
- Support tendering and procurement processes.
- Help administer contracts variations and valuations.
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for savings.
- Measure and value completed works for interim and final payments.
What Were Looking For
- A degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a related field.
- Good understanding of cost control contracts and procurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant software.
- Excellent numerical analytical and communication skills.
