Zelle HR is hiring for a Bookkeeper for our partner who has grown into one of the leading tax and advisory services firm in Northeast Nebraska serving entrepreneurs business owners and high-net worth individuals. They provide personalized advice and services designed to help clients achieve their tax and financial goals. Clients range in size from individuals to mid-size corporations and have the resources experience and depth of knowledge to offer a wide array of services ranging from tax preparation and consulting to tailored financial plans with investment management.
As a Bookkeeper at our partners firm you will be:
- Checks and data entry
- Trial Balance reconciliations including bank accounts loans etc
- Quickbooks consulting
- Work with multiple clients books
Experience & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player not only focused on personal growth but also growth of the team.
- 2 year Associate degree or 5 to 7 years work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Series--Excel Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Engagement and Fixed Assets Program a bonus.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
