We are currently working with an International Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a Private Client Administrator to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will ensure client satisfaction through direct contact with clients and other operational colleagues.
Responsibilities of this Private Client Administrator Job:
- To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners and Directors to deliver excellent client outcomes to High-Net-Worth clients.
- Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
- Identify and report any risks breaches or errors through ensuring risks are logged through to mitigating actions and controls.
- Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities e.g. scripts transfers corporate actions static data changes where applicable.
- To request and chase policy information from third party providers to ensure tight deadlines are met.
Requirements of this Private Client Administrator Job:
- QFA qualification is desirable.
- Experience in a client administration or pension administration role in a Financial Services firm is essential.
- A strong ethic of client service.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure.
