Job Description
were currently recruiting for a fully remote Senior Accounting Manager role with a high-growth fintech company that s reshaping how homeowners access and leverage the value of their homes. Valued at over $1B this company has quickly become the #1 non-bank HELOC lender in the U.S. and they re just getting started.
They re looking for a seasoned accounting professional to support key financial operations including month-end close reconciliation reporting and audit prep. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment loves solving problems and is comfortable working with large data sets across multiple systems.
What You ll Be Doing:
Oversee and support monthly quarterly and year-end close processes
Prepare reconciliation for key accounts (e.g. cash AP AR) across systems
Assist in the preparation of financial statements including P&L balance sheets and cash flow reports
Collaborate closely with accounting leads on cross-functional initiatives
Prepare journal entries and audit support documentation
Contribute to financial system implementations including data input and validation
Analyze and reconcile large data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness
What You ll Bring:
10 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial controls
Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large volumes of data
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Experience in fintech or lending is a plus but not required
Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset

Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/financial reporting Experience in Lending and or Fintech industry is a plus (high growth company) Skillset: Experience with NetSuite or similar to ERP Strong skillset in Microsoft Office Experience with large data sets, requiring review for accuracy and completeness and summarization to an output (ie Journal Entry, Management Report) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication skills
