Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Plan coordinate and execute executive meetings board sessions and events
Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and clients staff or external partners
Monitor and prioritize incoming communications including emails calls and messages
Track deadlines projects and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Assist with expense reporting and budget tracking
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
Bachelor s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
Professional demeanor and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Discretion and confidentiality are a must
