Your Role This leadership role is a key member of the Residential Department responsible for guiding and supporting all ICILA and Service Coordination services across all program services. The position ensures the delivery of high-quality person-centered supports that promote individual choice independence and community inclusion. This role also leads initiatives related to quality assurance compliance training documentation practices and program development in alignment with the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) standards.
Responsibilities Ensures the implementation of a residential service delivery system that honors and supports the rights choices and full community inclusion of individuals served. Provides direct leadership and supervision to the Directors of Service Coordination and the Assistant Administrator for ICILA to ensure consistency quality and accountability across programs. Oversees quality assurance and compliance across ICILA and Service Coordination ensuring alignment with regulatory standards accreditation requirements and internal performance metrics. Incorporates Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) values into program development including Personal Outcome Measures person-centered planning and continuous quality improvement strategies. Leads initiatives related to staff training ensuring personnel are well-equipped to support individuals with dignity respect and an emphasis on independence safety and rights protection. Ensures comprehensive timely and accurate documentation in alignment with funding compliance and accreditation standards with a particular focus on improving documentation practices and data integrity. Oversees benefits management processes for individuals served ensuring eligibility is maintained renewals are timely and documentation supports continued access to services and supports. Supports a culture of adaptability and openness to change modeling flexibility creativity and collaboration in leading organizational and programmatic improvements. Collaborates across departments to maximize access to resources and promote a holistic approach to service delivery for all individuals supported. Assists with fiscal oversight of ICILA and Service Coordination programs including budget development monitoring of expenditures and alignment with revenue expectations. Ensures timely and compliant intake and transition processes for individuals entering ICILA services including collaboration with PAS agencies and intake teams. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively work with consumers outside providers and family/guardians Organizational and Time Management skills Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office- Word Excel and Outlook) At least five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities At least two years of management or supervisory experience Preferred experience as a QIDP and/or managing Community Day Services Ability to take initiative work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines and standard accepted practices Must maintain a valid drivers license and meet agency driving requirements Bachelors Degree in Human Services field Benefits - Generous paid time off
