Job Description

Job Title: Social Enterprise Sales Representative
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Chief Marketing and Communications Officer
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Hours per week: 20 hours (Part-Time)
Salary Range: $17.00 / hr
BONUSES AVAILABLE!!! $250 for every $10000 in new sales (new clients only; repeat clients not eligible).

Job Summary
The Part-Time Social Enterprise Sales Representative is a critical role within our marketing team focused on increasing the volume of Brewing B.O.L.D. coffee sales. This position is essential for driving revenue expanding market reach and supporting our mission of providing empowerment and financial independence to survivors through meaningful work and community engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
Brewing B.O.L.D. Coffee Sales
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to significantly increase online coffee sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses community groups and individuals to maximize sales.
  • Organize and participate in community events markets and fairs to raise awareness and drive sales.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop content that educates consumers about the social impact of their purchases.
  • Highlight and promote the social enterprise aspect of our coffee products emphasizing the empowerment and financial independence provided to survivors of domestic violence.
Community Engagement and Outreach:
  • Foster relationships with local organizations businesses and community leaders to support the mission.
  • Create and deliver presentations to promote the organizations work and impact.
  • Develop partnerships to enhance program visibility and support.
Core Competencies:
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive and increase online sales through innovative marketing and relationship building.
  • Community Engagement: Skilled at engaging and mobilizing community members and organizations.
  • Mission-Driven: Commitment to supporting survivors of domestic violence and empowering them through meaningful work.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets particularly in online sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Capable of working well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Naturally competitive outgoing and fun personality.
  • Deep commitment to the nonprofits mission with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector.
  • Able to be flexible with work schedule (may be expected to work some weekends and evenings).
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from sales appointments.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand walk and/or move around for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to bend squat kneel and reach overhead as needed to restock or organize merchandise.
