Location: Downtown Orlando FL
Pay: $16$18 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time Monday to Saturday
We are currently seeking a reliable customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Shoemobile Driver. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people being on the road and supporting clients directly in the Orlando area.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent in-store customer service assisting clients with uniform and footwear selections.
- Operate the Shoemobile (a mobile store truck) to serve customers at scheduled company or job site locations.
- Assist clients in a friendly professional manner while on-site.
- Keep inventory organized and updated both in-store and in the Shoemobile.
- Accurately process sales and transactions using our system.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the mobile and physical store.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is required.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- English proficiency is required (bilingual is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Must be dependable punctual and able to work independently.
- Comfortable driving and working Monday through Saturday on a full-time basis.
