HR COST CONTROLLING Curricular Internship

As our HR Cost Controlling Intern you will be part of the Group Center of Expertise and will have the opportunity to work in the following areas:

  • Support the HR Controlling & Reporting team in monitoring and analyzing labor costs
  • Participate in the preparation of HR budgets and forecasts
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date HR cost reporting for both local and international employees
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with corporate HR guidelines and local regulations
  • Provide support in the analysis of labor cost data identifying trends and areas for improvement.

As our ideal candidate you have:

  • Degree in Economics with a brilliant academic career and interest for Human Resources topics.
  • Analytical skills and proactive problem solving together with flexibility and initiative
  • Excellent knowladge of Microsoft Excel and fluency in English
  • Communicative empathetic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization and execution skills passionate about people
