THIS ROLE
As the head of HR in the Philippines you will be accountable for a growing headcount of 1800 employees across our three locations in the Philippines you will be an experienced HR Business Partner capable of leading the people agenda for our Global Client Delivery (GCD) operations in the Philippines. This high-impact high-visibility role will operate within a global matrix structure and collaborate closely with HR Leads in GCD India and Mauritius reporting into the global head of HR for operations and technology. As a key member of the GCD Philippines Leadership Team you have prior experience acting as a strategic advisor and thought leader across a range of organisational topics including change management team effectiveness organisational design talent and leadership development employee engagement diversity and inclusion and workforce planning.
