Step into a newly created Regional Sales Manager role at IQ Medical and make your mark on the future of ophthalmic sales.
At IQ Medical we dont just distribute ophthalmic devices and consumables we help deliver the best visual outcomes for patients. As part of our growth journey were strengthening our national footprint with this newly created strategically important Regional Sales Manager role.
Reporting to the Head of Sales based in Adelaide youll lead a high-performing team of Territory Managers across NSW VIC and QLD mentoring them in the field shaping strategy and building the next generation of sales leaders. Youll work closely with Judit our Head of Sales as a key partner in shaping national sales strategy.
What Youll Do:
- Be in the field Co-travel with your team providing real time coaching and customer support.
- Mentor & uplift Build a culture of growth and accountability with regular feedback and one-on-one development.
- Shape strategy Create and deliver regional sales plans aligned with national goals.
- Champion growth Lead successful product launches and strategic campaigns that drive measurable market share growth.
- Own the numbers Manage pipelines in CRM (Insightly) and make data driven decisions.
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership experience leading and developing high performing sales teams (ideally medical devices ophthalmology or healthcare).
- A hands on leadership style you thrive working alongside your team.
- A natural coaching approach that inspires others to succeed.
- Strategic thinking with the drive to make things happen.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Bonus points for:
- A degree in Business Marketing Health Sciences (or similar).
- Experience with CRM systems (Insightly preferred).
- Knowledge of the ophthalmology or surgical device market.
