Our client is looking for a Sales Engineer to join their dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a BBA or engineering background and 1 2 years of experience in the engineering field particularly those in inside sales or technical roles who are now ready to move into a customer-facing sales position. As a Sales Engineer youll support business development activities work closely with the technical and commercial teams and play a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships. This position offers a strong career path into strategic sales and account management within industrial automation and digital solutions.

What Youll Lead and Deliver
Assist in lead generation and qualification through market research and outreach.
Support the sales team by preparing technical/commercial proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure solution alignment.
Attend virtual and in-person customer meetings to understand requirements and present offerings.
Manage and update CRM entries and ensure proper documentation of sales activities.
Develop a solid understanding of our clients portfolio to communicate value propositions effectively.
Participate in marketing and sales campaigns targeting specific sectors.
REQUIREMENTS
To Be Successful in This Role You Must Have:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Electrical Electronics Mechatronics etc.)
1 2 years of experience in an engineering role preferably with some exposure to inside sales proposals or customer interactions.
A keen interest in developing a career in front-end sales.
Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical solutions and convey them in a commercial context.
Self-motivated eager to learn and willing to take initiative.
