Job Overview:
Were looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to take ownership of the full sales cycle-from generating leads and qualifying prospects to closing deals and expanding customer accounts. Youll work closely with engineering teams procurement professionals and technical buyers across industries to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional eager to grow in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive high-velocity sales through targeted campaigns and strategic outreach.
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls emails and LinkedIn.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting qualifying presenting and closing.
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts (Salesforce).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service and clear proactive communication.
Share market insights and customer feedback with marketing and product teams.
Attend sales events trade shows and customer meetings as required.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in sales or business development
Demonstrated success managing end-to-end sales cycles
Strong consultative communication and persuasion skills
Experience using Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and networking
