Now Hiring: Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Las Vegas NV
Compensation: $70K-$120K (BaseBonus)
Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday
Are you a service advisor who shows up brings positive energy and knows how to close One of our top-performing client shops in Las Vegas NV is looking for a skilled Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join their fast-growing team. This shop has doubled revenue over the past year and boasts an ARO of $1300 theyre ready to level up with the right front-counter professional.
What Youll Do
Greet customers and guide them through the service process with clarity and professionalism
Build estimates communicate repairs and close sales no ceiling on your earnings
Coordinate workflow with technicians ensuring smooth operations
Maintain high customer satisfaction while driving sales and gross profit
Leverage TekMetric to keep everything organized
What They Offer
Realistic total compensation $70K-$120K
No cap on bonus tiers will be added for consistent high performers
Stable growing shop with a supportive team
401K retirement plan
Focus on domestic & Asian vehicles some European work
What Theyre Looking For
Solid Service Advisor experience someone who can thrive with $1000 ARO
A track record of reliability (showing up delivering results)
Strong communicator who works well in a team environment
TekMetric experience preferred but not required
Positive can-do attitude no drama no excuses
