Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Support
Duration: 1 Year (with possible extension)
Location: Wichita KS 67202
Shift: Monday to Friday 1st Shift
Job Description:
- Customer Service Trackers
- Track shipments from shipper to receiver
- Communicate with customer/CTL on load updates and issues
- Communicate with carriers on ETAs load status and issues
- Keep CR updated on their assigned shipments
- Handle OSD: collect required information and photos for disposition
- Answer brokerage line calls from carriers regarding load updates
