Job Description: Customer Service - Trackers
Track shipments from shipper to receiver
Communicate with customer/CTL on load updates and issues
Carrier communication on ETA s load status and issues
Keep CR up to date on their assigned shipments
OSD collecting required info and pics for OSD to proceed with disposition
Answer brokerage line calls from carries on load updates
