A premier electrical contractor in South Florida is actively hiring an Electrical Project Manager with experience in high-rise multifamily and mixed-use projects. Join a forward-thinking company offering relocation assistance bonuses and long-term growth potential.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and oversee multi-million-dollar high-rise/mixed-use electrical projects
- Coordinate with general contractors owners vendors and field staff
- Drive project schedule safety procurement and budget goals
- Process submittals RFIs change orders and project documentation
- Serve as the main point of contact between the office and job site teams
Qualifications:
- 5 years of project management experience in electrical construction
- High-rise/multifamily/mixed-use experience preferred but commercial experience accepted
- Knowledge of NEC Florida building codes and safety compliance
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines budgets and subcontractor relationships
- Local preferred but relocation assistance is available
