Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to join our growing team in the exhibition stall design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads building strong client relationships and closing deals for custom stall design and fabrication services for trade shows and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in exhibition and event industries.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their exhibition requirements and present customized stall design solutions.
- Pitch and present the company’s design portfolio and service offerings.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations proposals and contracts.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing and networking.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with industry trends events and competitor activities.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in exhibitions events interiors or design-related services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and design concepts (preferred).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
