About the Job:
We are seeking a seasoned attorney with at least 3 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience to join our fast-growing legal team in Oakland. This is a full-time opportunity for a driven legal professional ready to take ownership of their caseload from intake through litigation and trial. Candidates with significant participation in at least three jury trials are highly desirable as we are looking for attorneys who are eager to build their careers as successful trial attorneys.
You will be supported by a dedicated litigation paralegal a case manager and additional staff for dictation medical records discovery and lien reduction. Our structure offers attorneys significant autonomy while collaborating with firm leadership to determine trial strategies and maximize client recovery.
This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys with an entrepreneurial mindset who are disciplined organized and committed to delivering exceptional results for their clients-and for their own professional growth. Bilingual candidates are a plus. Applicants must hold an active CA Bar license. All applications will be handled confidentially.
