Lead Generation via Meta Ads:
Plan execute and manage international Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook
& Instagram) targeting Tier 1 geographies (US UK Europe etc.).
Leverage Meta s lead gen tools (instant forms messenger flows etc.) to
drive qualified leads at scale.
Research international audience behavior and trends to create geo-
specific targeting strategies.
Campaign Optimization:
Monitor test and optimize ad sets for performance CPL CTR ROAS
and other KPIs.
Continuously A/B test creatives placements and bidding strategies.
Strategy & Analytics:
Define and track campaign goals budgets and timelines.
Report on lead quality cost efficiency and funnel performance using
Meta Ads Manager and third-party analytics tools.
Suggest actionable insights to improve international campaign
performance.
Collaboration:
Work with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copies
visuals and landing experiences tailored for international markets.
Coordinate with sales and CRM teams to ensure timely lead follow-ups
and conversions.
Requirements:
2 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
lead generation targeting international markets.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools (Meta
Business Suite Google Analytics etc.).
Knowledge of funnel-based marketing and nurturing strategies.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a performance-first mindset.
