Executive Assistant (with Sales & Social Media Support)

About the RoleWere seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant with strong organizational skills a flair for sales and an eye for detail to support a fast-growing LegalTech company. Youll be the right hand to the founder helping manage operations communications light-touch sales activities and social media presence. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO including inbox management scheduling and meeting preparation
- Manage CRM and ensure sales pipeline is up to date
- Conduct outreach to leads via email and LinkedIn; follow up on warm leads
- Handle basic customer service queries and assist in onboarding new clients
- Track KPIs and assist with report generation using tools like Monday (or similar) Airtable or Google Sheets
- Perform data entry and assist with auditing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness (high attention to detail required)
- Assist with social media tasks particularly posting company updates and thought leadership content on LinkedIn
- Coordinate team communications and manage small projects or initiatives
- Help organize demos and client presentations
- Perform general VA tasks such as document formatting expense tracking and vendor coordination
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 24 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Virtual Assistant or Sales Support role
- Demonstrated success with outbound or consultative sales support (SaaS or B2B a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Tech-savvy and fluent in productivity tools like Slack Notion Google Workspace CRM platforms
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Self-starter who can operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced remote startup environment
Bonus Points
- Experience managing a professional LinkedIn account or company page
- Familiarity with creating and posting LinkedIn content for brand awareness and thought leadership
- Understanding of basic analytics for tracking LinkedIn post performance and engagement
- Previous experience in LegalTech SaaS or working with a founder-led startup
