JOB TITLE: Buyer Procurement Analyst
LOCATION: Littleton CO
PAY RATE: $24.45/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:
-
Source purchase plan and schedule materials components and services required for production.
-
Manage material flow through all stages of production and inventory.
-
Review and approve invoicing and purchase order closeout activities.
-
Identify material and component requirements based on engineering and production specifications.
-
Coordinate procurement and planning to meet manufacturing timelines and delivery schedules.

Analyze supplier data and pricing to ensure best value while maintaining quality and reliability.

Review supplier proposals negotiate pricing and terms and select or recommend suppliers.
-
Track supplier performance and monitor on-time delivery of materials.
-
Collaborate with production warehouse and engineering teams to ensure timely material availability.

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders supplier performance and material movement.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies cost targets and operational goals.
Requirements:
-
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP Oracle or NetSuite.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.

Ability to read and write in English.

Must successfully complete a medical exam prior to hire.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
