About the Role
Were looking for a Media Buyer & Creative Strategist who knows how to balance data-driven decision-making with a creative spark. Youll manage large ad budgets craft killer creative strategies and constantly test and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
Youll be the mastermind behind results running experiments analyzing data and helping brands grow profitably through smarter advertising.
What Youll Do
- Manage and optimize $500000/month in paid media across Meta Google TikTok LinkedIn Pinterest Redditand X.
- Develop creative ad strategies that align with brand goals and performance targets.
- Test analyzeand refine ad creatives to boost CTRs conversions and ROAS.
- Manage budgets pacingand KPIs across multiple brands.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align on creative direction targeting and scaling.
- Stay ahead of trends in paid media creative testing and platform innovations.
Requirements
- Based in Latin America and within 1 hour of Central Time (CST).
- 3 years of hands-on experience managing large paid media campaigns (ideally $300K monthly budgets).
- Strong experience with all major social platforms (Meta Google TikTok LinkedIn Pinterest Reddit X).
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
- A creative thinker who understands direct-response marketing.
- Data-driven detail-oriented and proactiveyou love optimizing and experimenting.
- Experience with e-commerce or performance agencies is a big plus.
