Primary Title: Social Media Specialist
About the Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the global gig-economy and remote talent marketplace operating at the intersection of HR tech and freelance services. We build digital experiences that attract engage and retain remote professionals and clients worldwide. This fully remote role supports our night-shift social media operations across India to drive audience growth engagement and lead generation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan create and publish compelling organic social content across platforms (Instagram LinkedIn Facebook TikTok YouTube) tailored to time-zone-driven night-shift audiences.
- Execute and optimize paid social campaigns using Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager to meet CPA CPL and engagement KPIs.
- Manage community engagement during night hours: respond to comments/messages escalate enquiries and maintain brand voice consistency.
- Monitor social analytics (Google Analytics platform insights) produce nightly performance reports and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Maintain and update content calendars coordinate with design and content teams and ensure timely publication for campaigns and product launches.
- Use social listening tools to identify trends competitor activity and content opportunities to inform creative and paid strategies.
