The Seating Customer Services feature team aims to accompany customers in the implementation of Seating products and to meet the huge demand for customized support from airlines.
As a Technical Consulting Analyst within Seating Customer the responsibilities are below.
Job Position Title:
Manager Project Management Cyber Risk and Regulations- Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that seating implementations become faster better simpler.
By simplifying seating activation processes and features deployment tackling settings discrepancies maintaining and enriching the catalogue of seating features reviewing customer documentation material (deep dives user guide etc.. - Deliver customized services to Seating customers.
- Because each airline has specific needs and constraints.
- By collecting a customers business needs and assessing them against its seating configuration reviewing concrete business scenarios with the customer providing recommendations & possible solutions implementing the proposed changes.
- Contribute to strengthen and promote our Professional Services offer.
- By communicating around our Seating services offer identifying proactively service opportunities for our customers approaching Extended Account Teams to raise interest in Seating consulting offer.
- Document and share knowledge (no one is exempted).
- To ensure that anyone has access to concrete airline information strategy distinctive configuration or feature usage.
- By gathering and sharing for each project information on airlines seating policy project scope identified limitations and project outcome.
