Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

Through coaching programs workshops and impactful content they empower high-achieving women to confidently navigate leadership career transitions and self-advocacy in male-dominated highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

Tech & Systems

  • Migrate content and programs from Mighty Networks to Go High Level and maintain/refine Go High Level regularly

  • Set up and schedule email campaigns workflows and automations in Go High Level and/or Kit

  • Maintain and update Airtable databases (e.g. content calendars client tracking workflows)

  • Manage automation tools such as Zapier and Go High Level

  • Assist with documenting and streamlining systems and tools

Client Experience & Support

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows for coaching programs

  • Provide email-based customer service managing the team inbox

  • Offer basic tech support for client access scheduling and platform navigation

  • Provide behind-the-scenes Zoom support for live events (e.g. coaching calls webinars)

  • Respond to client inquiries with warmth clarity and professionalism

Calendar & Scheduling

  • Manage the CEO s calendar including client sessions and internal meetings

  • Schedule and reschedule appointments efficiently and accurately

  • Coordinate across time zones and manage a dynamic schedule

Operations & SOPs

  • Write maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements

  • Organize backend resources including files links templates and team materials


Requirements:

  • Are fluent in Go High Level Airtable Google Workspace and Zoom

  • Have experience with online coaching or course-based businesses

  • Write clearly speak confidently and enjoy creating order out of chaos

  • Pay close attention to detail deadlines and documentation

  • Take initiative and solve problems proactively

  • Value equity inclusivity and clear communication

  • Thrive in a remote flexible and collaborative environment


Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:

  • Have experience with course platforms (e.g. Mighty Networks Kajabi)

  • Are familiar with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp)

  • Understand the coaching industry career development or personal branding

  • Have experience editing basic graphics or videos (e.g. Canva Loom)
