Source screen and shortlist candidates across roles especially in accounting finance company secretarial legal and compliance functions.
Handle job postings candidate pipeline management and interview coordination through Zoho Recruit.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate panel rounds.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports for management review.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for niche profiles.
Coordinate with Admin IT and Payroll for pre-joining formalities.
Issue offer letters collect documents and conduct induction sessions.
Ensure timely onboarding of new hires into Zoho People and other internal systems.
Conduct post-joining check-ins to ensure smooth integration and collect feedback.
3 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in a professional services or consulting firm.
Prior experience recruiting accountants company secretaries legal professionals or similar skilled roles is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Zoho Recruit is mandatory.
Experience using Zoho People Zoho Payroll or other Zoho One modules is an added advantage.
Strong communication coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ISO 27001 and HR policy documentation is a plus.
