Job Description
What youll be doing
In this role youll play a key part in delivering high-quality talent outcomes for a wide variety of specialist roles across a dedicated portfolio - General Insurance. Youll:
- Lead end-to-end volume recruitment across specialist and niche positions within General Insurance
- Work onsite 3 days per week at our clients office with flexible work arrangements
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
- Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement projects around D&I process optimisation and recruitment technology
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
Were looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for building relationships. Ideally youll have:
- 2-5 years proven end-to-end recruitment experience in high volume speciality roles such as Banking Financial Services Insurance Allied Health. Agency recruiters with the relevant industry experience will be considered
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and providing expert recruitment advice and updates
- A proactive approach to talent sourcing market mapping and creating pipelines for future needs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
- A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges
