WHAT YOULL DO

Product Marketing Advertisement (Ads)

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing advertisement products in close coordination with Sales Product Management and Partner Management
  • Evaluate advertisement-related products in the market including development calculation and continuous monitoring of business cases
  • Conduct and manage market and competitive analyses to derive recommendations for action and continuously optimize the advertisement-focused product marketing strategy
  • Identify relevant market trends and customer needs as the basis for new advertisement product ideas or advertisement-based business models

Business Development Advertisement (Ads)

  • Identify and evaluate new advertisement business areas partnerships and markets in strategic alignment with Sales and Executive Management
  • Contribute to the development of new advertisement sales channels and monetization strategies
  • Build and maintain strategic advertisement partnerships including negotiation of cooperation and licensing agreements in collaboration with Partner Management
  • Ensure smooth integration of external advertisement partners (3rd party inventories) and collaborate closely with the Ad Operations team
  • Conceptualize and develop compelling pitch and media concepts for integrating CTV into overarching media plans (for direct clients and agencies) also based on media data and target group analyses using tools such as YouGov Nielsen Statista etc.

Leadership & Management

  • Report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and collaborate closely across departments (Sales Product Partnerships Operations)
  • Build and continuously grow a high-performing advertisement-focused team for product marketing and business development aligned with increasing advertisement revenue relevance

WHAT YOULL BRING

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a comparable field with a focus on Marketing Management or Digital Media
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in product management product strategy (digital) marketing and media planning ideally with a strong focus on media or advertisement technology
  • Proven experience in developing data-driven advertisement marketing and business strategies as well as analytical market evaluations
  • Deep understanding of economic interdependencies and their relevance for advertisement product marketing and sales strategies particularly in the DACH region and other European markets
  • Experience in consulting and communication with professionals and executives up to C-level; confident demeanor and strong consulting skills
  • Solid leadership experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and complex projects
  • Strong stakeholder management at top-management level with the ability to align cross-functional interests and develop sustainable solutions
  • High self-motivation strategic mindset and structured solution-oriented working style
