Were currently seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team onsite in Owings Mills MD who brings both recruitment expertise and a strong sales acumen in the US staffing landscape.
Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and client engagement. This role demands a professional with hands-on experience in US staffing excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the US market and clients. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in both recruitment and sales/business development within the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities for a Talent Acquisition:
- Manage full recruitment life cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates for contract contract-to-hire and full-time positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Utilize job boards (Dice Monster CareerBuilder LinkedIn etc.) internal ATS and referrals to source top talent.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; provide timely feedback to all parties.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and best practices.
Sales & Client Engagement:
- Actively engage with existing and potential clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Support account managers with business development efforts including client follow-ups candidate submissions and relationship-building activities.
- Leverage existing relationships and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage expectations through strong communication and service delivery.
- Stay current with market trends competitive intelligence and client-specific requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2 5 years of experience in US staffing with hands-on experience in recruitment and client sales.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical and non-technical roles.
- Familiarity with various visa types (W2 1099 C2C H1B GC US Citizens etc.).
- Knowledge of US geography time zones and hiring practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.
- Must be local to Owings Mills MD and available to work onsite.
