We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team in Madison WI. This role plays a crucial part in managing internal and external communication strategies ensuring clear and consistent messaging across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement communication strategies across departments.

  • Draft and edit internal memos newsletters press releases and other communication materials.

  • Support leadership with message development and distribution.

  • Maintain and update internal communication platforms and documentation.

  • Assist in organizing company events meetings and presentations.

  • Monitor communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.

  • Collaborate with various departments to align messaging and brand tone.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.

  • 13 years of experience in a similar communications role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication software/tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
