We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team in Madison WI. This role plays a crucial part in managing internal and external communication strategies ensuring clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement communication strategies across departments.
Draft and edit internal memos newsletters press releases and other communication materials.
Support leadership with message development and distribution.
Maintain and update internal communication platforms and documentation.
Assist in organizing company events meetings and presentations.
Monitor communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
Collaborate with various departments to align messaging and brand tone.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
13 years of experience in a similar communications role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication software/tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
