We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Communications Coordinator to join our team in Dallas this role you will manage internal and external communications support public relations initiatives and assist in coordinating brand messaging across departments. The ideal candidate is proactive articulate and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain internal communications strategies and materials
Coordinate press releases company newsletters and official statements
Assist in organizing media events and presentations
Monitor and analyze communications performance metrics
Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent brand messaging
Manage and update content across official communication platforms (non-social)
Assist with crisis communication efforts and company announcements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with internal communications tools and content creation platforms
Ability to work independently and within a team
