We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Houston TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding service and support to our clients handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy. You will act as the main point of contact for resolving client issues ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and ticketing system in a timely and courteous manner
Resolve technical and service-related issues escalating complex problems when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions feedback and resolutions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
Identify opportunities for improving support processes and contribute ideas for system enhancements
Assist with onboarding and training new clients on our platforms and services
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing support roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
