Enroll devices with Intune following corporate procedures.
Provide support for software installation and troubleshooting.
Assist with basic Office 365 application support.
Track and record inbound and outbound deliveries meticulously.
Maintain organized records of support requests and resolutions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
Provide outstanding customer service to internal collaborators.
Work with ServiceNow to manage and resolve support tickets.
Offer support for OKTA integration and maintenance.
Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in an IT support role.
Proven ability to work with Intune for device management.
Experience supporting Office 365 applications at a basic level.
Familiarity with ServiceNow an advantage.
Knowledge of OKTA an advantage.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
Full Time
