Job Description
- Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships ensuring we exceed expectations.
- Assist the PM team large-scale catering projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand their vision needs and budgets.
- Develop detailed service plans including menus logistics and timelines.
- Coordinate with chefs vendors and staff to ensure flawless execution.
- Monitor project progress addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets track expenses and provide accurate financial reports.
Qualifications :
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in catering operations with a portfolio of successful services.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to create develop and nurture multiple stakeholder relationships
- Expertise in budgeting and financial management.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
- Degree in hospitality management culinary arts or a related field is preferred.
