InfinivisGlobal is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join us on a Permanent basis. If you have experience in IT staffing sales onboarding new clients and building strong B2B relationships we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do
Identify and engage potential clients in the IT services and staffing space
Generate leads through outbound strategies LinkedIn email ZoomInfo Apollo
Pitch Infinivis Globals staffing solutions and close new business
Handle complete client onboarding from first call to agreement
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery
What Were Looking For
58 years of experience in business development/sales in IT staffing
Proven success in client acquisition and handling the end-to-end sales cycle
Strong understanding of technical hiring staff augmentation and recruitment workflows
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Apo-llo Salesforce or HubSpot
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
