Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Manager Renewable Energy Projects to lead the execution and maintenance of solar energy projects. The role demands strong on-site experience project management capabilities and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution installation and commissioning of solar projects ensuring timely completion budget adherence and quality compliance.
Coordinate with clients vendors contractors and internal teams for seamless project implementation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress resolve technical challenges and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
Identify and troubleshoot on-site issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted execution.
Implement and enforce Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) protocols across all project sites.
Qualifications & Skills
B.E./ or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
34 years of relevant on-site experience in solar project execution and operations & maintenance.
Solid understanding of solar PV systems installation procedures and O&M practices.
Strong organizational coordination and problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with project management tools or software is a plus.
