Job Type: Part-Time Hourly plus Commission Flexible Hours

Key Responsibilities

Drive Membership Sales: Make 50 or more outbound calls each day to leads former clients and prospects. Follow up consistently to generate bookings and convert them into memberships.

Deliver Studio Tours: Greet walk-ins provide studio tours and consult with prospective members to match them with the best membership option for their goals.

Foster Community: Create authentic relationships with current and prospective members. Be present before and after class to engage listen and support.

Overcome Objections: Address common concerns such as pricing time or uncertainty with empathy and clarity. Connect each conversation back to the persons goals.

Support Studio Success: Collaborate with the studio manager and team to ensure a smooth front desk operation and a welcoming environment for all clients.
What You Bring

Prior experience in fitness studio sales or wellness-related environments (Pure Barre or barre experience strongly preferred)

Strong communication skills with a warm approachable presence

Self-motivated and capable of meeting daily outreach and conversion goals

Confidence on the phone and comfort working with high call volumes

Passion for health movement and personal growth

Availability on evenings and weekends

Compensation
This role offers $13 to $15 per hour plus uncapped commission giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on performance. Top performers regularly exceed their hourly base with commission from memberships and retail sales.
