Job Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Lead Management
- Initiate cold calls to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive lead database with accurate and timely information.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients to drive lead conversion.
- Effectively communicate the company s value propositions and offerings to prospective customers.
2. Exhibitions & Event Management
- Plan organize and represent the company at exhibitions trade shows and industry events.
- Travel as required to meet clients attend events and explore new business opportunities.
- Coordinate event logistics including booth setup promotional materials and post-event follow-ups.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement during events.
- Collect and analyse event feedback to enhance future marketing strategies.
3. Communication & Relationship Building
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients vendors and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly.
- Maintain a customer-first approach ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
4. Multilingual Proficiency
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional regional languages will be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups across different linguistic backgrounds.
