Prospect and generate leads through digital outreach networking events and referrals.
Understand customer needs (students educators corporates) and recommend appropriate courses and services.
Deliver compelling product demos and sales pitches tailored to customer profiles.
Negotiate contracts close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive renewals upselling and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing academic and product teams to optimize offerings based on feedback.
Keep track of market trends competitor activities and customer behavior to inform strategies.
Manage leads and pipelines using CRM tools with regular reporting and follow-ups.
Bachelor s degree in any field (Business Marketing Education or related fields preferred).
1 2 years of experience in sales business development or customer-facing roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable with data reporting and using CRM tools (Zoho HubSpot etc. is a plus).
Interest in the education sector and familiarity with EdTech trends.
