Role Overview:
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at WebGo Academy you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our user base. You will identify opportunities engage leads and convert them into loyal learners and partners. This is a high-impact client-facing role ideal for someone with strong communication skills a strategic mindset and a passion for EdTech.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through digital outreach networking events and referrals.

  • Understand customer needs (students educators corporates) and recommend appropriate courses and services.

  • Deliver compelling product demos and sales pitches tailored to customer profiles.

  • Negotiate contracts close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive renewals upselling and referrals.

  • Collaborate with marketing academic and product teams to optimize offerings based on feedback.

  • Keep track of market trends competitor activities and customer behavior to inform strategies.

  • Manage leads and pipelines using CRM tools with regular reporting and follow-ups.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in any field (Business Marketing Education or related fields preferred).

  • 1 2 years of experience in sales business development or customer-facing roles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

  • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Comfortable with data reporting and using CRM tools (Zoho HubSpot etc. is a plus).

  • Interest in the education sector and familiarity with EdTech trends.
