Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Analysing business processes and advising the product team and product owner on the resulting requirements
- Working hand in hand with the product owner and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather analyse and translate business requirements into specifications and user stories
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency
- Driving the demand management process and evaluating priorities in the product backlog
- Acting as a key interface between IT and Facility Management to align project goals scope and stakeholder expectations
- Conducting data analyses to support informed strategic decision-making and uncover trends impacting facility operations
- Assuming ownership for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Working closely together with the product team to review and validate product increments from development to rollout
- Driving and contributing to process optimisation initiatives at product level in your area of responsibility
- Developing the Definition of Done (DoD)
- Organising and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training sessions to drive successful adoption of new functionalities
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- In-depth understanding of the global business process and the respective product line
- Very good analytical and strategic skills and experience with requirement analysis
- Knowledge of requirements gathering techniques such as user stories and use cases
- Experience working as part of an agile team
- Strong communication skills with the abillity to adapt communication to target groups and good intercultural awareness
- Very good English skills
Desirable extras.
- Knowledge of CAFM systems and SAP interfaces
- Experience working as part of an agile team
