As a Revenue Operations Manager (F/M/X) at Yousign youll join our cross-functional Revenue Operations team. Your mission will be to align and support our Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams by designing scalable processes managing data quality and driving overall operational efficiency across the entire revenue lifecycle.
Your role is to drive revenue operational efficiency and growth. Youre the go-to person for thinking through designing and implementing new business processes.
In this role youll lead mid-sized projects aimed at scaling our operational capabilities while also providing day-to-day support to go-to-market teamsensuring theyre unblocked and equipped with the right tools to perform.
Examples of what youll work on:
- Set up a round-robin lead assignment system for inbound requests
- Design and implement a data architecture that enables accurate tracking of marketing campaigns
- Use AI to optimize routing of customer support cases
- Roll out a new pricing strategy in our billing tool (Chargebee)
Processes & Tools
Analyze and improve business processes across Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams
Manage and optimize our tech stack (mainly Salesforce Chargebee HubSpot)
Stay on top of industry best practices and evolving technologies
Data & Reporting
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within our CRM
Analyze data to identify issues and lever for improvement
Track the performance of implemented solutions and provide strategic recommendations
Project Management & Enablement
Lead operational projects with strong project management and a data-driven approach
Partner with Sales and Marketing to turn recommendations into action
Document processes and enable teams through training and support
Your Profile
- Fluent in both French and English
- At least 2 years of experience in a Revenue Operations Sales Ops Marketing Ops Business Ops or Growth role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- Experience in SaaS is a plus
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus
- Knowledge of inbound and outbound funnel processes is a plus
- Last but definitely not least as this role require interacting with many people and leaders youll need to be organized didactic open-minded and social
