Job Description
- Oversee the management of local suppliers and ensure effective on-site management of the company s inventory conducting regular checks at each operational site.
- Collaborate with domestic colleagues to facilitate the smooth information flow regarding goods entering and exciting Malaysia.
- Create SOPs for the projectand provide training and supervision to on-site personnel to ensure adherence to SOPs and specific operation guidelines.
- Address any issues that arise on-site analyze their causes implement improvements and coordinate efforts to resolve these problems.
- Assist in managing the daily operational processes and related qualification applications for Malaysian companies.
- Establish a dedicated operational team based on project needs and optimize resources to minimize project costs.
- Explore and identify potential business opportunities to broaden the project s scope.
- Work alongside the sales team to expand market reach manage costs and secure new project opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related areas.
- A minimum of 2 years in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Experience in project management strong analytical skills for cost assessment and ability to handle stress effectively.
- Effective communication abilities proficient in coordinating interpersonal relationships and good at teamwork.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English; knowledge of Malay is advantageous.
