Job Description
JewelsHire a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing CRM team providing guidance training and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to the jewellery industry.
- Making sure the orders are dispatched on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Develop and optimize the process to enhance the overall efficiency
- Identify touchpoints for improvement and implement strategies to address pain points.
- Handle production and complaint queries
- Good understanding of shipment building and shipment release.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Experience Required - 6 years in Export Market
- Good Knowledge of Costing and Quotation preparation
- Must have experience in Gati Software
- Good knowledge of team handling.
- Should be presentable
- Good communication skills - English and Hindi
- Good Grip in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
