We are seeking a dedicated and personable Client Relationship Representative to manage and grow client accounts by providing top-tier support and this role you will act as the main point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
Assist with client onboarding and provide product or service education
Prepare reports and documentation related to client accounts
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through ongoing engagement
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field preferred
Proven experience in a client-facing role account management or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
