We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and drive client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as their trusted advisor.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries concerns and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and expand service offerings.
Track client satisfaction metrics and proactively address any issues.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate account status and performance insights.
Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
