We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative who will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear communication understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.

Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (preferred).
13 years of experience in client relations account management or customer service.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
